These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, "T&C") govern the access to and use of the digital platform operated by Zelovex S.A.S. (CUIT: 30-71894562-3), with legal address at Av. del Libertador 6250, Floor 8, C1428ARS, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. By using our services, you accept these T&C in their entirety.

1. Nature of the service

Zelovex operates a real estate crowdlending platform that connects investors with developers of construction and urban renovation projects in Argentina. Zelovex acts as a technological intermediary and does not guarantee specific financial outcomes. All investments carry inherent risks, and past returns do not guarantee future results.

2. Requirements to participate

To use the platform and participate in investment projects, you must: be at least 18 years old, hold an Argentine national identity document (DNI) or legal residency in Argentina, have an active bank account at a financial institution regulated by the BCRA, provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information, and accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

3. Investment process

Each project published on the platform includes detailed information about the developer, location, estimated timeline, target amount, projected return, and risk level. By investing, you accept the specific conditions of the selected project. Zelovex reserves the right to reject investments that do not comply with regulatory requirements or that show signs of irregular activity.

4. Investment risks

Real estate crowdlending involves risks, including: partial or total loss of invested capital, delays in project execution, variations in expected returns due to market conditions, regulatory changes affecting operations, and exchange rate risk associated with the Argentine economy. Zelovex is not responsible for losses arising from the materialization of these risks.

5. Zelovex's obligations

Zelovex commits to: conducting a prior evaluation of each project before publishing it on the platform, providing clear and updated information on project status, acting with diligence in fund management, complying with all applicable CNV, BCRA, and UIF regulations, and protecting users' personal data in accordance with Law 25,326.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the platform, including texts, designs, logos, images, software, and source code, is the exclusive property of Zelovex S.A.S. or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or total or partial modification is prohibited without prior written authorization.

7. Limitation of liability

Zelovex shall not be liable for: temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or force majeure, economic losses arising from investment decisions made by users, actions or omissions by project developers, or technical failures attributable to third-party service providers.

8. Dispute resolution

Any dispute arising from the use of the platform or the interpretation of these T&C shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, with the parties waiving any other venue or jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

9. Modifications

Zelovex reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect from their publication on the platform. Continued use of the services after publication of changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
