We collect information that you provide directly when registering on our platform, completing contact forms, or participating in investment projects. This information may include: full name, email address, phone number, national identity document (DNI), CUIT/CUIL, banking details for fund transfers, postal address, and any other information you choose to share with us. We also automatically collect technical data when you browse our site, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, time spent, and interaction data with the platform.

2. Use of information

We use your personal data to: facilitate your participation in real estate crowdlending projects, verify your identity in accordance with current Argentine regulations, process transactions and distribute benefits, communicate updates about the projects you participate in, respond to your inquiries and support requests, improve the functionality and user experience of our platform, and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

3. Legal basis for processing

The processing of your personal data is based on: your express consent when registering and accepting these terms, the execution of the investment agreement between you and Zelovex, compliance with legal obligations (Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection, CNV and BCRA regulations), and our legitimate interest in improving the platform and preventing fraudulent activities.

4. Sharing data with third parties

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We may share information with: technology service providers that assist us in operating the platform, financial institutions for transaction execution, regulatory authorities such as the National Securities Commission (CNV) and the Financial Information Unit (UIF) when required by current regulations, and legal and accounting advisors in the context of audits or legal proceedings.

5. Data security

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or destruction. We use SSL/TLS encryption for data transmission, storage on secure servers with restricted access, and robust authentication protocols. However, no security system is infallible, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information.

6. Your rights

In accordance with Law 25,326 and its implementing regulations, you have the right to: access your personal data stored in our database, request the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data, request the deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, object to the processing of your data in certain circumstances, and request the portability of your data to another data controller. 7. Data retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your relationship with Zelovex lasts and for the additional period required by applicable laws. Data related to financial operations is retained for a minimum of 10 years in accordance with CNV and BCRA regulations.
